We enjoyed the musical, gruesome but entertaining.
going out to our usual brunch place then to buy a yoga mat.
charting calls my name for work. nothing else on the books for today, first day of not seeing any clients in 14 days. So it is nice having a complete day off!
167 this morning....at least it did not say 170 pounds
like I thought it was going to say.
I slept great last night.
I am back to my normal meds now and am feeling rather normal, thank goodness!
