You likely did not suffer a concussion. The memorized symptoms of a concussion can rage from just minor bumps when anxiety plays a part. This is not uncommon. I suggest you try to find things to keep you mind busy with so you do not get focused on your symptoms.
Even if this was a minor concussion, there is nothing that can be done to treat it other than headache relief. Lowering anxiety levels is still the most important way to move forward.
So, relax. Try to stay distracted from your symptoms and give it some time and you should do better.
