Very busy afternoon!, enjoyed my morning off, took a shower! and had coffee, had a great session with robin my tdoc, ate a delicious greek dish and chard and collards, everything was so healthy.
Saw a total of 4 clients in the afternoon.
my 2nd and 3rd client were in the same condo. mother and daughter. And it was full of drama and chaos. I waas there 2 1/2 hours and that was a shorter visit then normal. It was very draining. very engaging, it zapped my energy. so at 430pm for my 4th client I was very tired mentally. and I had not had a snack in the car like I have been trying to do. So I did not engage fully with Betty. I did spent a lot of time there thinning her nails though we did not talk that much.
By tracking I find that I am usually tired by my 4 pm visit and not as engaging, really need to pay attention to getting a snack and maybe an afternoon cup of coffee????
We both got home around 6;30 tired.
I cooked a chicken/coconut oil/indian black lentils dish, it turned out very good. I ate more than jeff though.
Not good.

Did not make it to the gym due to drinking. sigh
very disappointed with myself.

I found out that my friend who we were going to play chess together likes to play euchre card game. So we are going to play that!!!!! I am so excited! Chess is so hard, may do that too, but the card game I already know how to play, he knows how to play with partners but not 2 people which is different, more fun I think!
The aveda school student messed up my hair last time, root touch up with the wrong color dark brown. They are going to do a full head high lite tomorrow, which takes for ever to lighten up my hair again.
(no bleach something less damaging) no charge cause it was their mistake. The dark roots make it look like I have not kept up my color dark roots look awful. hate it. So tomorrow will be a long day at the beauty shop. Hope they get it right. This time.
