Welcome liquidz1,

Sorry to hear about your condition. The link that kiwi33 provided seems to provide some good general information about uremic neuropathy. Seems like they recommend Biotin as a supplement to help this type of issue.

Of course, you do need to make sure that you continue to be checked for any recurrence of the kidney issue. You also have to consider the possibility that you have more than one thing going on.

Unfortunately, these types of neuropathy can be very difficult to diagnose, and even more difficult to treat. But no matter the cause, I think the following things are very important to the health of your nerves - and will give you the best chance of symptom management and hopefully some healing:

-Diet (high nutrients/low sugar)
-Exercise (as much as your condition will allow)
-Stress reduction (the anxiety we experience because of our condition only serves to make the condition worse. Meditation, relaxation therapy, just listening to recordings of the ocean, rivers, rainfall, birds, etc. can help)
-Supplements (The article kiwi33 linked mentions Biotin. You can find much information about other recommended supplements by searchng through the past posts, etc.)

Best of luck - I hope you can find some relief from your condition.
