I decided to not go to restorative yoga tonight...will go on wednesday night for yin yoga.
After a couple of beers out side as the weather was nice, I went solo to the blue grass jam down town. I was there about an hour, it was fun. There was an older lady there, Helen had a great blue grass voice. She was awesome. There were about 8 people there, guitars, madolins and harmonica.
One of the gentleman asked for my email addy to put me on the mailing list for when they are playing and other info in general.
He asked me if I could play...i said no
can you sing...I said a little.
I will definitely go back. I enjoyed myself.
Different is good.
