Hey Roz...
How are you? Well, I guess with nutrition - I have had this 5 years and it took me until this year to work out that if I ate better then I did feel better. (Before I would use things like chocolate to get through the adrenaline/ exhaustion crisis, but it just made the sudden increases and drops far too exhausting - I think RSD must have an affect on internal blood chemistry and the functioning of hormones such as insulin..
The shakes sound great - I make a lot of vegan soup and you can easily add loads of seed into them, or eat porridge type things - I have started eating millet (I think that's what it is called) which is a sort of porridge flour that tastes and looks similar to mash potato which I have with soup sometimes).
Love ya and best of luck - want to exchange some recipies? LOL (I love cooking/ supervising cooking/ looking at cook books)
Froggsy xxxxxxxxxxx
PS - have you found a live in?
