Avoid jogging, . . . :
I wish to remind the readers, in my opinion, jogging aggravates the regression caused by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis disease processes. Many football players have reported their diagnosis recently; as near as I can tell, everyone of them played running positions. I do not believe jogging causes ALS. Rather, I believe the disease advances more rapidly in those who jog. I suggest keeping exercise light . . . like range of motion category . . . for OSHA reasons too. The disease is known to have modest improvements but such rarely lasts . . . plateaus are few. Jogging is likely the activity patients most commonly mention. Maybe jogging makes people more extraverted and therefore more likely to 'publicly' share their health issues. I am practically certain jogging will and did aggravate patient's regression. There are probably people who have the syndrome but, due to its slow process, they never knew.
