Try finding another avenue for your drinking for anxiety. Even maybe
changing to coke or something like that. Or chewing gum or sucking
on hard candy especially when your at a place you don't have to
exactly talk just listen to things.

Even if you can find one area that the anxiety doesn't get so bad, and
change it first. Then maybe over time you can change the others.
