The 6 month figure was bs in my case.

And fortunately so has been the myth of you are done healing after 1 year...I will be 3 years post accident 4/12 and it has been a very slow but mostly steady non linear improvement. I was a wreck at 6 months and a double wreck by 1 year.

Don't get locked into numbers, we are all,way to different to fit into an exact mold I think.
