Bizi, the Optimism Online thing sounds really great. I wish I had the energy to invest into something like that. I bet that your pdoc and tdoc would really like that you've decided to use the tools there

Yeah, at the very least another 1/2 hour of sleep could help you out, but some people really need their 8 hours on a consistent basis. I usually get 7-8 in addition to the epic naps.

I know that your suggestion is well intended Donna ( ), and it may work for some people, but why many people drink is complex, especially when Bipolar disorder is present to complicate matters.
