She probably does not think much. Do not worry about what she is thinking.
I hand my cleaning lady a hand written list when she arrives. She adds to it usually -- the stuff she considers standard for cleaning.
I tell her what I want done first. For example: "These three things have to get done today first."
That way I know that they will get done.

I do also kind of leave her alone after that to do what she considers the important things.
