I have not been able to get in touch with my case manager. Last week she was on vacation, and this week I cannot get in touch with her.

The problem is that I'm having problems now, and she is out of reach, and communication. Their answer is we can always talk to a stranger on the emergency number.

I hate to be complaining about them like this, but I need them to be available when in need. BF
