Midodrine can cause death... so it is the most worrisome.

It was almost removed from the market because of this. But doctors convinced them to leave it available, since there is nothing else to help with blood pressure the way it does. The death risk is sudden with no warning and comes when supine. While this is not considered common, it does happen.

You can Google this and find more:
Is SUDDEN DEATH a side effect of MIDODRINE HYDROCHLORIDE (MIDODRINE HYDROCHLORIDE) ? ( FactMed.com )

The most significant thing about Sudafed is hypertension. But since you are low to begin with I wouldn't think this would be an issue for you unless you abuse this drug. I know of many medical workers who use this drug to work nights and long shifts.

I can't comment on the Mestinon....it is mostly used by MG patients. You can ask them over at our forum or search Google.
