i dont think my gerd if i actually have is caused by anxiety. i think it was caused by sodas. because i was coughing up bits of blood. it doesnt happened anymore and i rarely drink sodas anymore. during early today i was driving around paying bills/rent. i had a sour sensation in my throat but didnt feel anything. but my pvcs/palps were going off like crazy. my anxiety is definitely from the pvcs/palps issues. especially when trying to sleep when they happen.
