I do not know about Westmead, hope it goes well for you. I was treated at RPA which specialises in neuropathy and has the only autonomic studies centre in Sydney if you ever need to go that route. Their neuros are neuropathy/small fibre specialists. However I never got the test where they do the skin biopsy. They did not offer that at that time, and no other place in Australia did either. I was amazed to see that a few very difficult cases at Mayo consulted with the neuros at RPA. It was published in medical journals.
