Default What does MIL-CDR mean?

I have been on disability for eight years due to various mental issues. During that time I have never worked. But now I don't receive enough money to pay my bills so I thought I would try driving for Uber for a few hours a day. I have only been making about 80$ per week so as soon as I started I called SSA to let them know. About a month later I got a bunch of forms in the mail that showed all the work I had done in the year prior to my disability decision, it was for the first half of the year before I couldn't work anymore and applied for SSDI.

Anyway, on the outside of the return envelope to SSA someone had hand written "MIL-CDR." What does this stand for? Am I going to get another CDR? I just had one two years ago and am not due for another one for 5-7 years it said last time. Does anyone know what is going to happen? The money I make is well below the SGA and I think I am marked as Medical Improvement Not Expected. Did my Uber work trigger another CDR?
