Magnesium Citrate does work for me; but I have trouble getting it down without gaging.

Miralax can be a bit messy; but after taking a minimum of 3 doses a day; sometimes even 4, mixing it on the counter mat next to the kitchen sink makes any excess easy for me to wipe into the sink.
