I can understand that.
I don't think fiber's a good idea for you at this point then... I think taking anything for your bowels you're uncomfortable with is a bad thing. Constipation it can cause too much worry already

The theory of taking both is the fiber bulks up the stool and the osmotic moves it through the intestines tho.
