THE MAIN SLEEP ISSUE is that I do not want to sleep.
I am hugely frightened by sleep so I prefer to stay awake.
I have not been able to "push" through the fear of sleep.
The
knowledge of the
dreamlets that I gained three years ago has not been enough to make up for a lifetime of "trying to manage" past the
