I picked up the dexmethylphenidate (2.5 tablet) on the way home from work.
I cut it in fourths and ate with a little food.
Fifty mins later, I feel weird in my chest -- kind of anxious.
Maybe it will go away.

Tonight I have to work on a yearly report that is absolutely due Friday.
I have not started on it and am sort of starting from scratch.
Such a mess
I hope I can do it because right now, even with the chest weirdness, I am
so very very very very very sleepy from not getting sleep this week.
