But, it would be worthwhile to call the doctor or a medical advice nurse if your health care plan offers an advice line.
If you can, check your blood pressure when this happens.
If these head aches include any loss of motor control/ unequal smile or nausea or speak difficulties, have your wife take you to the emergency department.

Thank you for that information. I don't know if this next bit helps at all but the headaches that come on severely for 30 to 45 seconds and then go away. Todays episode included a new pain in a different part of my brain that surpassed any head pain that I have ever felt. I have been experiencing the 1st type of head pain since 2010 after my last concussion.
