When I had the worst vaso spasms, they would overwhelm me with pain. I have to stop everything and just wait them out. 30 to 45 seconds was a common duration.

They are basically untreatable unless they are due to aneurysm or other severe issues.

Vaso dilator meds can help but taking them constantly is not usually a good idea. Have to checked with a headache clinic ?
