Only tramadol at max dose which I nearly stopped using in the last week so down to 200mg
I also use Lyrica cut back from 300 mg to 200 mg in the last few days.

Still taking 25mg amitriptyline just because it makes me feel good especially with sleep

I'm on the max dose of this herb 3 capsules 450 mg a day and it feels like a bit to much, hard to explain but feel giddy in the stomach and the need to keep moving and restless legs.

As you know it's not well researched barely out of rat testing but I can confirm it's bloody potent!
