Just be careful with it.

Sometimes there can be a "honeymoon" period when starting
a new thing/ in this case a herb. Herbs are mini-drugs and can have unexpected results over time. There could be a lingering toxicity, or a tolerance. Some herbal substances affect blood clotting too. This one doesn't have much of a history of data, so there might be surprises with it.

I'd back down to a dose that works for you but does not have bothersome side effects.
