I'm sorry that you didn't get more money from the annuity. That must be disappointing. I hope that it doesn't put you in a bad financial position

I go through periods where I spend too much, but not as much as you are doing now, unless I'm hypo. But this seems like your usual pattern... you don't have tunnel vision on let's say pants, shoes, bags, etc and are buying useful tings...
I know it's hard, but you may want to try setting yourself a spending limit money-wise per week or month and hope you can at least stay within that ballpark
