I'm not holding my breath about Taurine helping. My knee is over 22 yrs of advancing OA and with this last infection mess and the scoping and cleaning out of the knee they did, it's left my knee pretty damaged. I just started with Black Cumin Seed Oil softgels as it's said to modulate inflammation. I'm sure an ortho would say -- knee replacement. I can't go near a doc or hospital for a couple months as I just came from almost 5 months in hospitals/rehabs for the infection. Glad Taurine is helping you as I'm sure your issue is no where like mine. C
