I find myself to be freaking out. It's just happening. My muscles are tight around my body. I feel like I just cannot go through this again. I'm having suicidal thoughts. What would happen to my life if I loose support? Don't they realize?

This is something that they don't understand. It doesn't make it not real. It is very real, and I need support. BF
