I came from the generation that said it's all in your mind, or it's all in your head. It's more then that. Scientists, experts, and doctors can prove it now.

I had become upset when I was at a military academy. I had a panic attack which lead to other anxieties.

I tried to go to the infirmary, and the nurse shook her head when I was at the door. This was back in 1969.

There wasn't very much help for people with mental health conditions back then. All of that was hush-hush. I didn't talk to people about my illness. It was not understood. The only people who would help you were high priced psychiatrists. BF
