Default Can positive Rheumatoid Factor cause SFPN?

My SFPN has progressed from feet/hands and now is on portions of upper torso, often feeling like a very bad sunburn. I had an acute onset of SFPN in 2013 about 36 hours after having a lumbar epidural steroid injection. Nothing showed up on my blood work at the time so it was labeled as idiopathic and I was sent off to PM.

Within the past year I have been having cold intolerance and this past winter developed Raynauds with hands and feet turning purple when chilled. My fatigue has increased and I went to my GP who ordered some blood work including Rheumatoid Factor which turned out positive. SSA and SSB were negative. SED rate and CRP were negative.

I have a history of iritis, interstitial cystitis, anemia, and miscellaneous joint pain over the years with no accompanying injury.

I have been referred to a rheumatologist but have no idea what that timeline will be and would like to be prepared for the appointment. My question is can Rheumatoid Arthritis cause SFPN or is it likely another autoimmune condition? Does anyone have any ideas/ information for me by looking at my symptoms?

Any ideas are very much appreciated ❤️
