I was much more restrained yesterday. I cleaned the bathroom without going nuts and did a couple of things in the cat room, but didn't force myself to finish up in there even though there isn't much left... just my husband's guitars, which are covered with cat litter dust.
I took a 5 hour nap and slept for 6 hours last night, which is more normal for me. I'm not going to try to guess if I'm hypo or not from one day to the next, but I do know that cleaning can be activating if I allow it to be. I have to stick to small projects right now.
I'm not at 100%, but I feel much better today. I think maybe I was sitting around for too long and needed to engage in
some level of activity without overdoing it. I'm sure getting more sleep helped, too. I'm very relieved because the pain wasn't getting better
