Yes, Kay,

I will have to return for a follow up for the sleep within the year of getting the CPAP (I prolly should check with his office or my insurance for the exact rules)
I really do not want to go to the place with the students studying CBT.

I am in a weird place right now --- kind of zombied out -- and trying hard not to think about things --- kind of on a vacation from myself and the world and communicating with hubby about my needs -- trying to be peaceful --

In a week or two, I can start working on the body-clock.
I will have to
-get sunshine
-use the melatonin the neuro told me to buy
-exercise in the first half of the day
-at night read books and listen to radio instead of watching tv and looking at the computer.

-I used to have a pair of rose/amber colored sun glasses to block the light in the apt.
Maybe I can find a cheap pair like these: S6394FGX24 POL |Men's Sunglasses

Red light is good at night because it does not disrupt: Preserve Your Sleep Cycle with a Red LED Night Light | Make:

I know how to do those things and CAN implement them after I have taken
care of basic survival needs (i.e. not being depressed)
