Please keep talking with us. Talk every day all day if you need to.

Try this: Close your eyes. Take deep breaths and forget all the pain. Relax your muscles, relax your jaw, relax your hands and feet. Deep breath and relax your shoulders. Keep doing this for as long as you can. Close your eyes and clear your mind. Take a deep breath and exhale while dropping your head to the left. Take a deep breath and exhale while dropping your head to the right. Relax your shoulders. Take a few deep breaths.

Do this 2-3 times a day - when your nerves are flaring. After you've listened to negative comments and hurtful things do this to calm your body and clear your mind.

Please know that the pain isn't in your head. There isn't anything wrong with how your feeling. It's just that many can't understand how much it hurts unless they also have RSD.

Take deep breaths...
