I have this too....I can't stand it!!! Even now as I write this. I first experienced it with high anxiety. Got that sorted and it went away for 5 years. Now I slammed my head and have it all over again and yes... The weird feeling of being disconnected. Hard to explain isn't it. It's so bizarre. You are not alone.
