Sometimes kitties just like to lay around a soak up the sun. She hasn't finished the antibiotics yet, so don't worry too much yet. She's probably had the infection for a while without any symptoms except the loose stools. Wait until the results of the next stool sample come back to see if the med has been effective.

You can wrap your toe with a bit of gauze (maybe with some Neosporin) and some tape to make it more comfortable, but I'm sure it will be uncomfortable with a lot of shoes for a while. Do you have any sneakers for going out, or slippers for around the apartment? I hope it feels better soon.
