May I recommend the Gregory W. Fulton Neuromuscular Disease Center, Barrow Neurological Institute, St. Josephs' Hospital.

They diagnosed me and managed to get me back to a state that has a fair approximation of "Normal".

It took about 30 days to get in,but it was during the winter season,so your mileage may vary.

Barrow Neurological Institute is one of the top Neuro institutes in the world, and it's a teaching hospital. I was in for 6 days to get plasmapharesis, and had a steady stream of people through to see the MG case.
