I took a few more days off from reality.

I am ignoring dealing with
arranging for my lab work
arranging for my mammo
arranging for something else medical

I am too depressed to do anything -- including washing myself, preparing food (depend on Hubby for that),
picking up a few things once in awhile so that my room is not trashy, . . checking mail or texts, . . . . .
