Thank you all very much for all the helpful info. One thing that throws me is the "off" state and how you can almost wait for it to start when your meds wear off. I don't think I have ever had an "off" state. I have had this great improvement in walking but no improvement in the tremor. I take 25-100 sinemet twice a day, two pills on waking and two around 3:00pm. But I could not care if I waited until bed time for the other two....I feel the same. I can't tell if the med is working or not.
