The paper that is alluded to in the link was published in 2005.

It was a very small study (7 subjects) Treatment of Parkinson disease with diet-induced hyperketonemia: a feasibility study. - PubMed - NCBI .

Because of this I think that it would be premature to conclude that a ketogenic diet may benefit people with PD.
