Hi Thursday and welcome to the forum. I am finding the gabapentin has less side effects than lyrica. Neurontin is the same as gabapentin. Is your dosage quite high? Wondering if it's cut back just a little if that would make a difference? Are you using neurontin for off label use? Neurpathic pain? If so, maybe something else could be used for break through pain or flare ups. Just a thought. The adjuster's or casemanager's, think they know more than our doctor's sometimes .
