That's correct one has to do the diet change. And yes no $ incentive for pharma..ummmm

Fats are important and avoiding grains as I understand it. Doesn't sound that tough as I see it.

Personally and I don't have PD, I use coconut oil daily and 1/2 avocado both higher fats and eat some meats with higher fats.
