You can make sure these test are now done as much as you need or
want. Remember there isn't anything you can do about the past,
but you can the future.
I am having problems with weight gain too. But its mainly after
my surgery and fall last April. So I've figured out that I need
more vegetables I think. So I found a soup that I love with vegetables
and dumplings of all things. But it seems to be helping regulate my
body which has been a problem lately.
So I'm going to go buy some more and try to eat one bowl a day.
And bran flakes which is the other answer it seems for me.
I know my problem with this is mild compared to many in here
but for me its a big problem.

Ps. I love sweets, so I'm trying really hard to limit the amount. But if you cut it out completely it then gets worse.
