If you were taking a multivit... and didn't stop it, then some B12 may be part of the result, and not accurate to decide upon.

I have started with benfotiamine. What is your opinion on the B6 result? I am starting to take a B complex which contains 5mg of B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride. I am totally confused with the B6, and don't know if I should be taking it at all.
