Just watched the Jason Fung video and good grief does he ever make sense. Intermittent fasting. All the drugs including insulin are just making the condition worse. I read many of the reviews too and so many positive results. Drugs drugs drugs. Pathetic. All the sugar stores need to be reduced and reduced.
