I've eliminated all bread, bagels, croissants, donuts etc etc in my house PERIOD. Nothing like a nice protein sandwich between nice leaves of romaine lettuce, organic preferable to me. I have sushi now and then, so the rice, and when I look at my bag of wild rice, I will cook a cup and get that out of my system.
I don't have diabetes and surely don't want it.
Dr. Mercola has a link on intermittent fasting and comments on Who Said We NEED 3 square meals daily.
