oh, by the way....ive been singing in my head the same song..by Phil Collins ...something like "youre throwing it all away" - "watch the world go round and round". . I noticed that yesterday when i was picking up limbs...i know this is part of high anxiety....i had this 5 years ago too...but it was a different song then...
