thanks for your support. I started doing leg lifts. I felt them and felt good that I was doing something constructive. Next week I will do the bike. I will think about asking the neurologist for having someone coming to the house. I don't want the pressure right now though. I will keep on doing the exercises in the bed and then the bike

you took some pressure off me and exposed some anger. both aides don't work hard. Marci talks a lot and if i don't talk back I think her feelings are hurt. they don't straighten out things. my feet shouldn't be dirty. one of them should vacuum. I am very generous. I don't know how appreciative they are. I think I am going to stop. I don't look my age so that is a problem.. I think they think I am lazy. I spend practically the whole time in bed. I am tired. most of the time i bring my dishes to the kitchen. I am dressed and have lipstick on.. Everything is an effort. I look forward to a week without appointments.
