Default Magnesium and Colon Health

I'm very close to 79 and never have done a colonoscopy. They have been around for about 20 yrs and I was about 59 when they got so popular. None of the doctors I saw, and I don't see many, never brought the subject up.

I'm in a discussion on another group about colonoscopies and MOST who chime in get them, there are about 6 or so of us who do NOT. And anyway, after 70 they are not recommended, and I don't get mamms and I hear the same about prostate screenings for the males.

There is a long thread on mag here and I don't know if this is mentioned in it, and if it is, it's buried. Most days I take 400mg mag citrate or a complex and often take more, I spread thru the day.

Could be my colon likes magnesium and is thanking me. I'm keeping it cleaned out.
