Zajicek video:

How to treat Parkinson's Disease - YouTube

It's probably easier to read the notes attached to the video.

Highlights:

[1.00] "[PD] treatment actually accelerates progression"

[07:00] "l-dopa ...promotes ... dyskinesia"

[12:00] "Muscular activity triggers production of new nerves ... Cortex expands, needs more dopamine, and its production rises"

[15:00] "l-dopa inhibits dopamine production"

[15:55] "Your life ought to be planned so as to optimize dopamine turnover [and] minimize l-dopa intake"

I think that some of his views would not be part of the medical consensus as to how to best treat PD. Nevertheless, I independently have adopted a diluted version of his approach.

Re, plasticity is it better to do the common exercises, e.g. walking, or do the less common exercises, e.g. hip twist?
