I agree bobby. may have athletes foot, I had that a few years ago because I was not changing my socks every day.
IT WAS SO HARD to get rid of!!!!!
You may have fungus in your toe nail. Is it yellow and striping parallel to your toe? Or did you stub your toe...trauma can make your toe nail fall off.
I am so over weight myself.
Starting today I am really watching what I eat. Only ate half of my plate lunch, I usually eat the whole thing....
