at night, put vaseline on your heel and either take a plastic bag or even a zip lock bag and put it over your foot. Then put on a sock to hold it in place.
Do this every night until it goes away.

Heel cracks are yucky.
For many years I had pedicure ladies exfoliate to keep the skin from getting rough and cracking. Now I do that about once a month my self.
